The very first introduction session will last 70 minutes which includes the first session of 60 minutes, the opening of your AMG+ file and 10 minutes for the Consultation+.

During the evaluation, as I call the Consultation+ we will go over some short and rapid points together to get to know you better and see what are your needs and what specifically you are  looking for to get you started for your next fitness achievements.
